Job Description & Summary

Are you our new colleague in our Alliance team?
One of the cornerstones for PwC Sweden's growth strategy is to improve our alliance based business by focusing on a portfolio of key alliances that have a proven and strong track record internationally. As our new alliance manager you will monitor the daily interactions and relations with key alliances ensuring that we jointly are delivering on our promises to our clients. PwC's Alliance team is responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with companies to better support our client's needs. As an Alliance Manager, your primary responsibility is the development of strategies and relationships needed to complement PwC's growth strategy and market presence. Your performance will allow us to deliver multi competency programmes and solve our client's most critical business issues.

Your main tasks as a experienced Alliance Driver:
The role involves a dynamic combination of stakeholder relationships, creative output, strategic thought and tactical marketing. You will provide impact through the following responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term vision and goals for the Alliance go-to-market strategy.
  • Supervise the creation and execution of marketing campaigns including project managing activity, navigating internal approval and independence requirements, monitoring ROI and tracking campaign performance.
  • Drive PwC's Alliance business and sell Alliance related services through internal collaboration.
  • Deliver a variety of marketing activities including events, awards and sponsorships.
  • Develop joint campaigns and projects with Alliance partners and maintain and expand key stakeholder contact network
  • Coordinate and evaluate marketing activities / events / sponsorships to ensure alignment with Alliance growth targets and business development opportunities.
  • Work closely with analyst relations, communications and digital teams to amplify the programs.
  • Seamless collaboration with internal teams to craft compelling narratives through the creation of impactful written content, including engaging case studies, vibrant newsletters, and inspiring client journeys.
  • Develop relationships with senior PwC stakeholders, different alliance stakeholders, third party agencies, technical teams and clients.
  • Facilitate internal approvals for Risk and Compliance in the development of materials.


Qualifications for the position
  • You are experienced in marketing and blend consulting and business together with a technology focus to create valuable opportunities for clients.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in working together with clients and external technology partners to facilitate and enable more value for clients.
  • Commercially aware and demonstrated ability to work outcome focused.
  • Great collaboration skills and experience with working with Alliances on local and global level. Experience in working at a large global consulting firm is meritorious.
  • A solid understanding of marketing planning, programmes and channel management.
  • Innovative communication, writing and facilitation skills are essential as is the ability to liaise, influence, support effectively and build credibility and relationships at senior management, peer and team level.
  • Proven management ability and problem solving skills, with experience of capturing, analyzing and developing recommendations based upon complex ROI data sets.
  • The ability to implement both strategic and tactical initiatives, and to manage multiple projects.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is advantageous.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish is required.
