Evolve 2026 - Your way into management consulting

Curious about management consulting?

Get ready to sharpen your business sense and problem-solving skills. Evolve is our student program that combines the best of hands-on project experience with interactive learning sessions in strategy & change, case-solving and core consulting tools.

Evolve is designed to give you both a realistic insight into the consultant role and a structured development journey - together with a group of motivated students.

Whether you want to strengthen your analytical abilities, understand digital business models, improve at case solving, or simply explore what consulting could look like for you, Evolve helps you take the next step.

What we offer

• Interactive training sessions in case solving, presentation technique, Excel, PowerPoint and digital growth strategy
• Hands-on experience through a full-day real client project
• One-on-one case solving with a consultant
• Social activities with dinners and gatherings
• A community of driven students who want to grow, learn, and challenge themselves
• The program runs through Spring 2026, with a series of sessions scheduled between March and May, allowing you to participate alongside your studies.

All sessions will be held in Swedish.

Who we are looking for

Evolve is primarily aimed at those in years 1-4 of their university studies.

No previous experience in consulting is required - just ambition, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
