Corporate Finance, a core function within SEB Investment Banking, leads the Nordic market in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) advisory. Our clients include Nordic large corporates, financial sponsors and international companies with an interest in M&A and ECM in Northern Europe.
Corporate Finance Growth
Corporate Finance Growth, as part of SEB investment banking, is a full-service advisory team for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions such as stock market listings and capital raisings. Dedicated to support small- and medium sized corporates (SME), financial sponsors and family-owned businesses with an interest in M&A and ECM in the Nordic region. Our team of around 10 corporate finance professionals engage with SMEs and its owners throughout the corporate journey - from scaling through to a potential exit.
About the role
As intern you will be involved in live transactions as well as in the preparation of pitch materials. You will support our deal teams throughout projects by performing tasks such as market analysis, company valuation and preparation of presentation materials. Interns are viewed as an integral part of our team, and we aim to offer you a challenging, rewarding and inclusive experience.
The internship periods are offered on a rolling basis throughout the year with each intake lasting 10 weeks, during which you work with Corporate Finance or Corporate Finance Growth.
To thrive in this role, we believe you:
- Are a student in the second, third or fourth year of studies with a focus on economics or finance
- Are fluent in both Swedish and English
- As a person you are driven, curious and collaborative individuals with a strong interest in business and finance

Candidates who proceed past the testing stage will be contacted for interviews, which will take place in early March.
