Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Epic Owner / Project Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead integration initiatives for newly acquired entities

Coordinate activities across accounting, reporting, and treasury functions

Manage dependencies across teams, systems, and organizational units

Identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment

Participate in architecture and solution design discussions

Drive execution and ensure delivery of key milestones

Support decision-making through structured analysis and planning

Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams

What You Bring

Several years of experience in project management or similar leadership roles

Strong delivery focus with proven ability to create business value

Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Good understanding of IT and business architecture, including solution design

Strong analytical skills and experience handling complex challenges

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Experience working in agile environments, preferably SAFe

Strong domain knowledge within CFO areas such as accounting, reporting, and treasury

Experience with data, BI, and data warehouse solutions

Experience within banking and financial services
