The Opportunity

HVDC is looking for an Environmental lead to join our Sustainability & HSE Governance team. In this role you will support HVDCs global organization with focus on the environmental management system, supporting and driving improvements and contribute to a more sustainable future in a global organization with office locations, manufacturing sites, test facilities and several project- and service sites.

How you´ll make an impact

Drive and promote a strong HSE & Sustainability culture and take on an expert role in the Environmental field

Lead Environmental & Energy management system including relevant documents and processes

Drive Environmental initiatives and follow up on Environmental targets

Train and coach and support managers and employees on Environmental actions and compliance

Chemical management on an overall level

Perform Environmental SE reporting and analyze global Environmental performance, gather data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities

Support compliance with local and international Environmental requirements and standards

Assist with internal and external audits, including ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018

Your background

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Environmental Science, HSE or related field

Experience from environmental or HSE roles

Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels

Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken).

Competent in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001

Competent in international Environmental legislation
