ABOUT THE TALENT PROGRAM

The AI Specialist Program is a 12-month journey run by Hubbau in collaboration withTokenTekandCoretura. During the program,you'llbe employed by Hubbau and work as aconsultant at Coretura. After the program, the ambition is that you continue your journey as aCoreturaemployee.

During the year, you will go through a training program together withTokenTekthat will take you from n00b to expert in building and using AI tools. Our goal is to give you a fun, challenging and rewarding first year in tech, one that builds both your technical depth and professional confidence. The programcombines deep technical knowledge with hands-on experience, taking you from AIfundamentals toadvancedreal-worldprojects.

DESCRIPTION OT THE ROLES

AtCoreturayou willbelong toone of their software development teams but also regularly collaborate onprojects with people across the organisation. As Coreturaisayoung,fast-growingand dynamic company, roles and responsibilitiesaren'tset in stonebutwill change and develop over time.Their tech stack is based on C++ forreal-timesystems, Rust for safety-critical apps and Python for automation.

For this talent program we are looking for people with an interest in applying their skills in one or several of the areas below:

• Automatingtestframeworks,predictivefailureanalysis, and intelligentvalidation.

• Builddata pipelines,prepareAI-readydatasets, andlearncloud-native architectures forscalableAI solutions.

• ApplyAI forthreatdetection,compliancemonitoring, and optimize codefor better performanceanduserexperience.

• Enhancinguserexperienceand systemintegrationthroughAI-poweredinterfaces andcodeoptimization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We'relooking for curious,drivenand humble engineers who want to take the firstreal step into the world of AI.You'repassionate about technology, problem-solving and eager to learn how AI can be applied in practice, from generativemodels to agent-based systems and multimodal architectures.

You enjoy workingtogether with others and want to grow in an environment where learning andinnovation go hand in hand.

• You are a recent graduate with a master's degree in computer science, informationtechnologyor a similar field

• You'rea skilled developer with experiencein C++ and Python, Rust is a plus

• You have experience using AI tools from either thesis projects or other school courses

• You'recurious, motivated and enjoy learning with others

• English language communication skills, oral and in writing. Swedish language is a big plus

• Bonus points ifyou'vebuilt personal software projects
