Engineering Manager at Caspeco

Caspeco builds systems for the restaurant and experience industry. Our core products include Booking, Point of Sale, Staffing, and Analytics. Today, we're a team of around 300 employees serving over 6,500 customers. About the roll

We're looking for an experiencedEngineering Managerwith a strong technical background to join ourGuest area- the home of all our products that directly interact with guests. You'll be working closely with another EM, leading talented engineers who build the core experiences defining how guests engage with Caspeco's platform.
This is ahands-on leadershiprole where you'll set technical direction, nurture growth, and ensure we deliver exceptional, scalable, and resilient systems. You'll collaborate with Staff Engineers, Product Managers, and peers across teams to evolve our architecture and accelerate our growth journey.

•Shape the platform's vision, inspiring the team to innovate and bring that vision to life.
•Champion best practicesaround observability, CI/CD, cloud-native design, and system resilience.

What We're Looking For

• Asolid technical foundationand a passion for modern engineering practices.
•Proven experienceleading engineering teams, balancing delivery, mentorship, and strategic growth.
• Adeep understanding of system design and scalability, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and design for long-term sustainability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills - you thrive in a cross-functional environment.
