As a global leader we're looking for for a senior position in the European Engagement Planner (Project Coordinator) team. Working within the Project Management Team, you will join an exciting project for an integrated digital healthcare environment, replacing many existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities for a comprehensive solution. The new system includes a service to manage the health of their more than 1 million citizens in Sweden and a modern digital care system that allows for increased patient participation, safer patient experience, and an improved work environment for healthcare professionals.
What you will do
The Project Coordinator/ Engagement Planner (EP) Team forms part of the European Consulting organisation which is responsible for delivering projects to our customers. We are looking for an energetic Senior Project Coordinator who can collaborate and engage with both internal and Customer project team members, manage multiple stakeholders, and has ability to handle high-pressure environments. We have a strong focus on working hard, being able to adapt to fast-changing situations, and providing positive support ensuring the successful delivery of project implementations. This is a customer-facing job, and onsite activities will be required. You will:

This is a customer-facing job, and onsite activities will be required. You will:
- Plan, execute and finalise complex project management tasks according to strict deadlines in the delivery of Oracle Health customer projects ensuring they are delivered within scope, schedule and budget.
- Customer event planning.
- Manage changes to project schedule and resourcing.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings along with coordinating project communications. Be a point of contact for all project stakeholders.
- Influence project success through proactive support of the entire project team.
- Lead project financial planning and analysis.
- Report on the financial health of the project and monitor and minimize overspending and escalate when appropriate.
- Drive change and process improvements where appropriate.
- Coach and mentor other members of the team.

Responsibilities
Required Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-6 years of overall experience relevant to this position, in project management/project coordination or client relationship management
- Fluent in Swedish and English
Preferred Experience
- Event planning experience
- Healthcare information technology (HCIT), consulting, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client facing or HCIT solution work experience
Expectations
- Ability to travel as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
