About the Assignment

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join an automotive environment focused on embedded Android platform development. You will work close to the system architecture and contribute to build configuration, Android version bring-up, and reducing software complexity across the platform.

Job DescriptionDevelop embedded software for complex products using C++ and Python

Work with build configuration and support Android version bring-up (uplift)

Contribute to software complexity reduction initiatives across the platform

Develop, improve, test, and maintain the hardware platform enablement

Work in a CI environment to ensure stable and efficient deliveries

Coordinate with CI teams to enable new hardware support quickly and smoothly

RequirementsExperience in embedded software development of complex products using C++ and Python

Experience with embedded OS and/or Linux

Development experience within the Android platform

Hands-on experience working in a CI environment

Experience with development, testing, and maintenance related to new hardware platform enablement

Nice to haveExperience from the automotive infotainment domain

Test automation experience using Pytest

Previous experience with Android uplift
