Assignment Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Embedded Software Architecture Lead

What You Will Work On

Define and own the architectural vision and strategy for embedded software flows and toolchains.

Document current and target state architectures, identifying gaps and enabling strategic transformation.

Establish architectural guidelines and best practices aligned with the organization's North Star architecture.

Translate business and product lifecycle requirements into effective architectural solutions.

Work hands-on with development teams to support architectural implementation and decision-making.

Simplify complex integration flows and mixed-technology environments to increase agility and development speed.

Monitor industry trends and proactively drive innovation in embedded software development processes.

Ensure alignment between technical architecture, business strategy, and long-term product evolution.

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in software development or architecture, with strong focus on embedded systems.

Extensive experience working with complex software integration flows and toolchains.

Strong background in modern architectural practices such as cloud-native development, microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs, and DevOps.

Proven ability to navigate and simplify complex technical ecosystems with mixed technology stacks.

Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication skills, with ability to engage across technical teams and senior leadership.

Experience translating strategic vision into actionable architectural roadmaps.
