As anElectrical QA/QC Manager, you will lead and maintain the Electrical Quality Management System, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across projects. You'll oversee quality assurance and control activities, ensuring all installations meet client specifications, standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a "Right First Time" quality ethos through training, audits, and mock-ups.
• Manage the Quality team, including Field QA, Test Pack Engineers, and Commissioning Supervisors.
• Oversee development and tracking of test packs and handover documentation.
• Liaise with clients and construction teams on handover scheduling, snag management, and quality deliverables.
• Conduct regular site audits and monitor quality performance and trends.
• Manage subcontractor and third-party inspections to ensure compliance.
• Support projects across Ireland and mainland Europe as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Quality (trade background advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar QA/QC management role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and quality processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and quality management software.
