Within the Industry and Building division, we undertake both multidisciplinary assignments and projects within individual disciplines for our clients. We act as close partners throughout the entire process, from the conceptual stage to the management of various types of properties. We offer expert knowledge with a holistic perspective on our clients' needs, providing services in Building Technology, HVAC and Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, as well as Project Management and Facility Support.

Lead the way in technical development within Electrical Engineering

Our Electrical Engineering group is growing, and we see a high demand for our services. In this role as an Electrical Project Manager, you will work closely with colleagues and clients. Your primary task within the team is to lead the electrical discipline in our property-related projects. Sometimes these projects are multidisciplinary, and you will coordinate your project team's work with other discipline project managers. Your daily tasks will include:

• Driving and leading the department's projects to ensure high quality in our deliveries
• Creating text documents, performing calculations, designing, conducting self-checks, and overseeing follow-ups
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients in projects focused on the electrical engineering area
• Collaborating with colleagues in electrical engineering and other disciplines to deliver the best results to the client
• Contributing to driving and developing the department's market and business

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to be motivated to lead and collaborate with others, managing multiple contact points, both internally and externally. You are driven to develop and adapt solutions to meet varying customer needs and to establish new business contacts. You enjoy being a partner to the customer and a sounding board for your colleagues. As a person, you are a receptive team player with an interest in developing your leadership skills in a technically challenging industry.

To be suitable for the position, you also need to:

• Have education at least at the high school level, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering (a degree from higher education studies is advantageous)
• Have several years of experience working as a designer or handling projects within the consultancy industry
• Be able to speak and write fluently in Swedish and proficiently in English, as several contact points within COWI are international
