E-commerce Specialist
At Electrolux, we are on a journey to provide our consumers with simply outstanding experience across our business areas and through all channels where this role supports the evolving routes to market through D2C E-Commerce.
We are now looking for anE-commerce Specialistto join our central e-commerce team in Europe. This team's core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market and delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. As E-commerce Specialist, your mission will be to support the commercial team within Business Area Europe with the main objective to grow online sales for all our product categories.
You will as E-commerce Specialist report to the Sub Channel Sales Manager and focus on delivering commercial toolbox structure and usage forFocused Channel cross markets
Furthermore, you will be:
- Acting as Superuser on the ecom back-end applications mastering the commercial toolbox cross all tools (CCv2, Dynamic Yield, ContentSquare etc)
- In close collaboration with key stakeholders help in supporting and driving markets commercial tasks related to assigned sub channel
- In collaboration with Sub Channel Sales Manager gather requirement and brief POs and consider input from PO as required
- In collaboration create training materials for new commercial features
- Together with Sub Channel Sales Manager support with clear communication around new releases (detailed documents, clear process on how to use or activate a new functionality)
- Together with Sub Channel Sales Manager execute and lead trainings on new commercial capabilities to secure business benefits.
- In close collaboration with key stakeholders support in executing on the campaign plans cross markets with applicable tools for the sub channel
- In close collaboration with team colleagues support in doing analysis and creating reports
- Collaborating with central and local sales, marketing, and IT to deliver the commercial agenda and objectives
- Actively work to enforce the D2C e-commerce strategy.
Who you are:
We are looking for a sales driven profile that enjoys understanding technical solutions and how to maximize outcome and utilization of commercial capabilities. We anticipate that the successful candidate has 3-5 years of job experience preferable within ecommerce.
You can successfully lead smaller projects and can collaborate effectively with cross functional teams including Sales Managers, IT, Marketers and business leaders with sales drive and passion for growth.
You are comfortable with working in a large corporation environment with many markets, cultures and stakeholders. You probably have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and you speak English fluently, any other European language we consider a plus.
Key skills:
- Strong understanding of a typical e-commerce and online environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and analytics: excel, Power BI, Google Analytics skills
- Experience in agile methodologies is a plus
- Experience from working with SAP Hybris Commerce / Commerce Cloud or other enterprise e-commerce platforms is a plus
