We are looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to join our team in Kista and play a pivotal role in shaping Bromma's digital future. In this role, you will define and execute our digital strategy, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the cargo handling industry through practical, scalable, and business-driven technology. This is not a purely strategic role - you will turn vision into action. You will lead the implementation of Bromma's digital roadmap, take hands-on responsibility for the technical setup and development of our Information Management (IM) systems, and drive transformation initiatives from concept to execution.
Reporting to the Director Digitalisation and Sustainability, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with external partners and teams across the organization. Your focus will be on shaping sustainable, forward-looking solutions that support how we work today and position us for the future.
What are your key responsibilities:
As the Digital Transformation Lead at Bromma, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to:
- Manage and deliver IT projects, overseeing the full cycle from implementing new capabilities to the continuous development and upgrading of existing applications.
- Drive our data and analytics strategy through hands-on development, specifically building out new capabilities within the Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Data Studio and Connected Sheets).
- Refine and build data models to ensure better integration and smoother data flow across our global platforms and business processes.
- Implement and optimize AI-driven tools, focusing on practical applications that improve our day-to-day business operations.
- Play a key role in major technology transitions, including our global ERP modernization and the enhancement of service delivery tools and processes.
- Develop and maintain Bromma's IM architecture, ensuring a cohesive and functional strategy across our entire digital landscape.
- Work across a diverse technology stack with systems like SAP, Salesforce, Tacton CPQ, and Hybris eCommerce to solve technical and business challenges.
"Respect is how we work - across departments, across borders, across job titles. "
- Rewards that truly count: We create opportunities for growth through diverse experiences and uphold fair, gender-neutral pay, fostering a culture built on equity, empowerment, and continuous development. We also offer a comprehensive rewards package which combines flexibility, wellness, and recognition.
- Safety that moves us forward: Build your career with a company rooted in safety since the 1940s, ensuring stability and an environment that empowers you to speak and be heard.
- Purpose that drives change: You'll contribute to solutions that transform global trade, creating environmental and operational innovations. You'll be in the driver's seat of ideas, developing digital technologies that set industry standards and position us as the forerunner.
- People who move together: You'll collaborate with people who build lasting relationships through global expertise, connections, and a commitment to sustainability.
What you bring to the role:
We are looking for a pragmatic professional who enjoys the intersection of strategy and execution. To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Proven Digital Leadership: Significant experience driving digital transformation projects within large, international enterprise environments.
- Project Management Expertise: A solid track record of managing IT projects from start to finish, with the ability to navigate both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods.
- Technical Breadth: Broad expertise in enterprise applications and a deep understanding of how they integrate to support business goals.
- Hands-on Analytics Skills: Practical experience in analytics development, particularly within Google Cloud Platform (Data Studio, Connected Sheets) and the wider Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Architectural Mindset: Extensive experience in Information Management (IM) architecture and the ability to translate digitalization strategy into functional reality.
- Navigating Complexity: Experience working within complex IT ecosystems, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting, with an understanding of how digital tools support physical operations.
- Strong educational Foundation: B.Sc or M.Sc degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential as it is our corporate language. Proficiency in Swedish is considered a strong asset.
