About the role

As Digital Marketing Manager, Sweden Lead, you will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, driving targeted web traffic, and increasing online sales and lead generation across the Nordic markets - with a specific responsibility for Sweden.

You will develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, continuously monitor performance, and refine campaigns to maximize impact. The role combines strategic ownership with operational execution, giving you both influence and visibility in the organization.

You will also act as the main marketing contact for local business units in Sweden, representing marketing in go-to-market discussions and ensuring alignment between global strategy and local market needs.

The position is located in any of our offices in Stockholm or Gothenburg.

Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategy across the Nordics
  • Driving marketing qualified lead generation in the Nordic markets
  • Coordinating and executing marketing activities for Sweden
  • Planning, managing and optimizing global and local marketing budgets
  • Leading complex campaign planning and stakeholder collaboration
  • Driving continuous improvement in tools, methods and performance

About you

You are a strategic yet hands-on digital marketer who enjoys ownership, complexity and collaboration. You combine analytical thinking with creativity, and you feel confident influencing stakeholders at different levels.

We believe you bring:
  • Proven experience in creating impactful digital marketing results
  • At least 3 years experience from similar roles
  • Strong track record in lead generation using segmented and personalized online marketing
  • Experience from large scale MQL generation
  • Experience working with modern digital marketing tools, platforms and tactics
  • Experience from implementing large-scale A/B testing processes (strong advantage)
  • A relevant university degree and at least five years of experience within digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
