Assignment Description

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst

What You Will Work On

Analyze e-commerce performance and identify growth opportunities

Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and user experience

Improve conversion rates and customer journey across digital platforms

Build dashboards and reports to track performance and KPIs

Analyze customer behavior and segment audiences

Support strategies to improve retention and customer lifetime value

Collaborate with global and local teams to align execution

Support implementation and optimization of e-commerce platforms

Drive data-driven decision-making in marketing and sales

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field

Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, e-commerce, or business analysis

Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Experience working in international or global environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Structured and results-driven approach
