About the role:

As aDemand Planning Intern, you will support the demand planning team in forecasting demand forwhite goods appliances(e.g. refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers) across multiple markets.
You will work closely with Sales and Supply Chain to supportforecast accuracy, S&OP cycles, and data-driven decision-makingin a manufacturing environment with long lead times and complex product lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support creation and maintenance of rolling demand forecasts at SKU / category level
• Analyze forecast vs. actuals, including accuracy and bias
• Support Demand Review and S&OP preparation and reporting
• Analyze demand drivers such as seasonality, promotions, launches, and phase-outs
• Support data quality checks and process improvement initiatives

What you'll do:

• How forecast is generated in SAP IBP in the markets and how CoE supports the generation of statistical forecast
• How demand forecasts translate into factory production and supply plans
• How long lead times, promotions, and portfolio changes impact planning
• Practical experience in data analysis and forecasting logic within manufacturing

Who you are:

• Enrolled in Master's program (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or similar)
• Strong analytical interest and comfort working with data
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
• Structured, curious, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Familiar with theoretical forecasting concepts
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or planning concepts

Where you'll be:

You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global Headquarter, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence.

The work contract is full-time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
