Salesforce is being established as the target platform across our B2B landscape, and we are now looking for a Delivery Manager who wants to operate at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring strong execution, high delivery quality, and close alignment with business priorities.

You will work in a large-scale, complex environment characterized by multiple delivery partners, outsourced services, and a Scaled Agile (SAFe) setup. This role is central in ensuring that business deliveries are run, grown, and continuously improved.

What you'll do:

You will be responsible for running, growing, and transforming business deliveries within the B2B IT landscape.

• Act as Operational Team Lead for the domain, driving execution and ensuring agreed capacity and cost allocation
• Facilitate demand management and follow-up in close dialogue with business, IT stakeholders, ARTs, and suppliers
• Monitor performance, manage risks, resolve impediments, and ensure quality assurance aligned with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement, coordination, synchronization, and customer focus across system domains and partners

• Experience from IT development organizations at scale, operating in complex and distributed environments
• Experience working within SAFe or similar large-scale agile setups
• Experience managing deliveries in outsourced IT environments across multiple partners and suppliers
• Background in large-scale IT service delivery covering both development and operational perspectives (Salesforce experience in the IT environments is considered a strong merit)
