Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate implementation of Contact Center solutions (local and international)

Manage the full delivery lifecycle: requirements, analysis, implementation, testing, and validation

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors

Ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements

Drive delivery execution and ensure high quality and timely outcomes

Manage and follow up on vendors and external partners

Support continuous improvement and development of telephony and Contact Center services

Operate within a regulated environment with strong focus on compliance and quality

What You Bring

Extensive experience in Contact Center solutions (preferably Puzzel)

Strong experience in telephony solutions (fixed and mobile)

Good understanding of applications and infrastructure within telephony

Knowledge of both traditional and cloud-based telephony solutions

Experience working with Microsoft 365

Basic understanding of IT security and information security

Experience in managing technical projects and service deliveries

Experience working in agile environments

Experience from banking or financial sector

Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

Strong analytical, structured, and proactive approach

Ability to manage stakeholders and drive initiatives forward
