My name is Evelina Staar, and I am the proud manager of Delivery & Billing IoT. I am now looking for an Order & Delivery Coordinator to be part of our team. A team where we all support and help each other in our day-to-day work. You will be working closely together with the rest of the team, Product owners, Excellence Managers, and the Delivery Projects team, with end-to-end responsibility for our customer deliveries.

What you'll do:

Delivery & Billing make sure that Telias IoT customers get onboarded on to our systems and then coordinate the deliveries as well as secure and support the billing of these customers. At the same time working with continuous improvements and implementing processes for new products.

It is a fast pace between daily administration work, development, and projects for new products. To be able to do this we have a strong collaboration within the team as well as the teams close to us.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Placing and coordinating orders together with colleagues and customers
• Finding and driving improvements in the order flow
• Participate in and sometimes drive projects
• Collaborating with delivery specialist to implement new and updated products
• Create and update routines
  

What will help you thrive in this role:

We are looking for someone with a positive "can-do" attitude who is self-driven and capable of planning and managing their own work and time effectively. You are good at building and maintaining strong relationships, adaptable, and quick to learn in new situations. Furthermore, you are structured with an eye for detail and confident in speaking up when necessary.

• Relevant education
• Background in coordinating and administerial roles
• Driving projects
• Excellent Swedish and English skills
• Insight in IoT and Telecom is a strong merit
