About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at SeenThis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination between clients, the sales team, and our technical producers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are executed successfully from initial order handling to final delivery.
Your work will be essential in keeping our campaign processes running seamlessly-optimizing workflows, supporting tracking and troubleshooting, and maintaining transparency and alignment across teams. You ensure all details are correct, all materials are accounted for, and all stakeholders are informed.

QualificationsRequirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking and managing campaign materials.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, campaign coordination, or ad operations.
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Experience with CRM or campaign management tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience coordinating or managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the media or advertising industry.
