Barona Sverige is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure that clients and candidates receive top-notch service. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Resolve issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Manage client and candidate processes (job placement, invoices, etc.).

  • Document interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in recruitment or HR.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Fluent in English
