Barona Sverige is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure that clients and candidates receive top-notch service. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage client and candidate processes (job placement, invoices, etc.).
Document interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
Proven customer service experience, ideally in recruitment or HR.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluent in English
