About the role
As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)Platform Owner, you will play a pivotal role in leading our IT team and workingin close business partnership. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Leadership and Team Management:
-Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring alignment with other teams (both business & IT).
-Lead and maintain strong relationships with business partners to understand their needs, priorities, and feedback.

Platform Vision and Strategy:
-Define and communicate the CRM platform vision to IT and business stakeholders.
-Develop and maintain a strategic platform roadmap that outlines the development and evolution of the CRM system (Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).

You will work closely with globalmulti-disciplinary teams of business and IT professionals and report to our Headof Digital Platforms.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Leadership and TeamManagement
-Lead and manage the IT team that reports to you.
-Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
-Adopt new technologies: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Platform Vision and Strategy
-Define and communicate the platform vision: Clearly articulate the CRM platform vision to the IT team and commercial partners, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals.
-Develop a platform roadmap: Create and maintain a strategic roadmap that outlines the development and evolution of the CRM system, incorporating feedback from both technical and commercial stakeholders.
-Ensure that the CRM system complies with all relevant regulations and security standards.
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs): Monitor and evaluate the performance of the CRM system using defined KPIs to ensure it meets business objectives and enhances customer experience.

Collaboration with Business Partners
-Build strong business relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners to understand their needs, priorities, and feedback.
-Gather and prioritize requirements: Collect and prioritize business requirements and ensure they are translated into actionable tasks for the IT team.
-Communicate progress and updates: Regularly update commercial partners on the progress of CRM initiatives, addressing any concerns and incorporating their feedback.
-Facilitate decision-making: Lead decision-making processes, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and customer impact.

About you
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or business related field
-7+ years of experience in a similar function
-Experience leading an IT/CRM team.
-Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and system evolution.
-Ability to define and deliver a CRM platform roadmap.
-Excellent stakeholder management and strong business acumen.
-Understanding of CRM compliance, security, and performance KPIs.
-Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
