Assignment Description

We are looking for a CAE Engineer

What you will work on

Perform crash and durability simulations for battery electric vehicle development

Work with LS-DYNA together with ANSA and META for CAE analyses

Support design activities and physical crash testing with simulation results

Maintain and further develop simulation tools and environments

Contribute to the development of ANSA DM / SimManager integrations for crash and strength simulations

Collaborate closely with software suppliers on simulation solutions

Evaluate and validate new releases of simulation software

Act as an interface between the Simulation Enablement team and engineering teams

Develop, maintain, and manage simulation scripts in GitLab, mainly for cab simulations

What you bring

MSc or PhD in Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, with a focus on computational mechanics

Strong proficiency in crash and durability simulation methodologies

Fluent English communication skills

Basic or good knowledge of Swedish is considered a merit
