Job Description
- As part of the E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for the expansion of breuninger.com into Sweden and Denmark.
- As an experienced E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) with in-depth knowledge of the Scandinavian e-commerce market, you will further develop go-to-market strategies and drive the localization of your markets for Breuninger.
- You are responsible for meeting sales targets and profitability in line with our growth plans, by ensuring that the customer journey, service level, product marketing, and brand communication of breuninger.com meet the country-specific requirements to the highest degree. This is aimed at continuously attracting more customers to Breuninger and achieving our growth goals.
- You will work closely with internal teams of the relevant functions and coordinate stakeholders across various departments to ensure an optimal focus on local customers.
- You will establish local networks, build a partner portfolio, and acquire strategic partnerships on site.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, communication sciences or similar.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce with operational responsibility, in an agency, or in a consulting firm.
- Ideally, you also bring experience in managing e-commerce (expansion) projects.
- Ideally based in Sweden or Denmark with the ability to occasional travel to Germany; hybrid working from Germany is possible too
- You are well-connected in the Scandinavian retail scene and have in-depth knowledge of the Scandinavian e-commerce market.
- You are fluent in Swedish or Danish and English, German is a plus
- You see yourself as an all-around e-commerce expert who quickly understands new topics and has the willingness and skills to continuously dive into new areas.
- You possess both analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong implementation abilities and know how to excite others about your topics.
- You can get hands on to bring your market to life in the early growth phase
