As part of the pre‑sales motion, you'll work with major customers across the region and help shape their AI journey. As aCopilot Solution Engineerfor the Majors Growth segment, you'll lead technical engagements that accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Agents, and related AI‑powered productivity solutions. You'll deliver impactful demos, guide customers through envisioning sessions, and align technical capabilities to real business needs. As a trusted advisor, you'll ensure governance, security, and compliance are integral to every discussion.

In this role, you will drive competitive differentiation, resolve technical blockers, and ensure seamless handoff to deployment teams—working within a virtual team of engineering, partner, and consulting resources. You'll help customers make confident technical decisions while supporting quarterly business targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI transformation by orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder technical engagements across enterprise accounts   

• Architect secure, scalable Copilot and AI solutions aligned with enterprise strategy, governance, and compliance standards   

• Influence product and go-to-market strategy by providing structured feedback to engineering and sales leadership.  

• Lead technical strategy development, reframing the status quo and quantifying business impact to motivate customer action.  

• Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers, mentor IC3-IC4 engineers, and lead peer learning sessions to elevate team capability.  

• Scale through partners by shaping joint technical strategy, accelerating deployment, and ensuring partner readiness and alignment.  
  

Qualifications

R equired Qualifications (RQs)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND proven technical pre‑sales or technical consulting experience
  OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND a few years of technical pre‑sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent professional experience.
  
• Professional English proficiency and fluency in at least one of the following languages:
  Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Polish, Danish, Flemish, or French.
  
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents, or equivalent experience with modern AI‑powered productivity tools.
  
• Demonstrated ability to own technical win strategies and lead complex customer engagements with IT decision makers (ITDMs) and technical decision makers (TDMs).
  
• Recognized as a trusted technical advisor, contributing to community learning and supporting junior engineers through knowledge sharing and coaching.
  

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Several years of technical pre‑sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience, or equivalent experience.
  
• Proven experience with cloud, hybrid, or on‑premises architectures, including infrastructure design, migrations, industry standards, and technology management.
  
• Certifications in relevant Microsoft or industry technologies such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect, or Azure Developer.
