Are you an experienced and driven professional ready to take the next step in your career? Deloitte is seeking talented individuals to join our Financial Services team in Stockholm. As a consultant, you will collaborate with decision-makers across the Banking and Insurance sectors to drive significant business outcomes.

You will play a key role in collaborating with clients and Deloitte colleagues to transform client organisations, core business processes and technology. This includes driving business transformation, implementing new processes and technology, improving operational efficiency, and designing new operating models. You will work in a team setup where you will support the client in large-scale transformations, taking on roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or Test Lead. You will take part in the full life cycle across designing, testing, deployment and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements to succeed in this role:

• 1-4 years of professional experience, ideally from a leading Management Consulting firm or a business transformation role.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Information Systems).
• Experience working in Financial Services, including e.g.:
  • Banking: Payments, Lending, Savings, Cards, AML, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Capital Markets: Trading and Finance/Regulatory Reporting.
  • Insurance: System implementation experience related to Underwriting, Claims or for Personal/Corporate products.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in business and IT transformations, project management, test management, product management, requirements management, data migration, software development, ITIL, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
• Professional fluency in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel for business purposes.

You should be able to demonstrate experience from one or more of the following areas:

• Experience working at the intersection between business and IT, including system implementation, system and cloud migration, and vendor selection.
• Experience with project, program, or product management, particularly large-scale business and IT change initiatives.
• Experience with agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Spotify Scrum at Scale) and leading or supporting Financial Services transformations with agile delivery set-ups in roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Epic Owner or Agile Coach.
