We are currently seeking a Communication & Change Management Project Lead to support a transformative initiative within the retail industry. This hybrid role is based in Älmhult, Sweden, and offers a part-time assignment (30-50% of full-time) starting as soon as possible until 30 November 2025, with a high chance of extension.
About the role:
In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing communication and stakeholder strategies for a dynamic transformation initiative. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and program leadership. The assignment includes crafting communication materials, streamlining stakeholder interactions, and supporting internal alignment during a strategic workforce implementation.
Responsibilities: Help to develop and execute a communication strategy aligned with project objectives
Coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts
Produce communication materials such as presentations, reports, and internal updates
Support alignment across teams through effective information flow and collaboration
Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements
Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and forums for stakeholder interactions
Act as a communication liaison between various departments and external consultants
About you:
You bring a structured yet creative approach to communication and stakeholder management. With several years of experience in corporate environments, you thrive in complex, multinational contexts and can effectively balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You have ideally worked in transformation programs, preferably involving external or contingent workforce processes and understand the nuances of communicating in large-scale organizational changes.
Experience and skills: Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in communication and stakeholder management
Proven ability to plan and execute communication strategies in complex environments
Experience with external workforce or contingent workforce process implementation is a plus (not mandatory)
Previous exposure to large multinational organizations is advantageous
Strong writing and communication skills with experience in content production such as presentations
Ability to manage varying workloads; flexibility is key in this assignment as the workload will vary between weeks (30-50%)
Able to work on-site in Älmhult on a regular basis
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
About the assignment
For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
