Commercial Product Owner - Company Credit Information

We are currently in a very interesting market and a phase in our Nordic group's development that is both exciting and intense. While consolidating our leading position in credit information services, we are developing new products and offerings. We are now looking for someone who wants to be an active part of this journey in the role of a Commercial Product Owner. What will you do?
As a Commercial Product Owner, you will be at the core of our business information sector, focusing on solutions for our large and strategic customers in Sweden. You will be part of a Nordic team with our base in Stockholm. The role is multifaceted, and you will be offered great responsibility with the opportunity to develop and streamline our product portfolio. You will be a cohesive and driving force in developing the business in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role includes, among other things:
Furthermore, you will be responsible for revenues and costs related to your products and services, budget and follow-up, legal compliance, and ensuring a good customer experience in collaboration with our support functions and sales.
Who are you?
In order to thrive in this role, we believe you have an academical background within economics, business administration, IT/computer science or similar. You have at least 5 years experience within product development and commercialization from the financial or banking industry, either in banks or in the credit information business. You have deep knowledge of financials, credit decision processes and business credit risk and scoring models and you likely have a broad contact network within the field. You have also strong understanding of market needs,
regulatory trends and commercial thinking around pricing, productization and delivery models. You have extensive experience in product development processes and agile methodologies, having worked with driving change and development in line with the roadmap and goals from a business and customer experience perspective. In addition to this, we believe that you have:
As a person, you are a problem solver, with a willingness to actively seek information and solutions - you make things happen. You also understand the interaction between technology, information, business and the market - being the bridge between them.

- Supporting sales with proactively processing of new customers

- Some experience of service design with customers
- Knowledge of KuL, YGL, and GDPR in the context of business information services is beneficial.
