Your Role
As Commercial Product Manager, you will develop and optimise the reseller sales channel, ensuring it is efficient, attractive, and aligned with Erinion's strategic objectives. You will leverage product marketing to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value, creating compelling offer packages that make it easy for customers to understand and choose the right solution.
Collaborating closely with commercial, product and marketing teams, as well as key stakeholders across Erinion and Scania, you will strengthen how our solutions are brought to market, directly contributing to growth and customer adoption.
Your Responsibilities
Channel Development & Reseller Growth
• Drive the Scania reseller channel by packaging and optimising charging offers to simplify sales, reduce cost, and shorten lead times
• Collaborate with the Scania sales team, Erinion commercial and product teams to drive growth of the charging business through the Scania sales channel
• Serve as requirements owner for reseller business needs, translating them to product and commercial decisions
Product Marketing & Offer Development
• Translate technical features into clear customer benefits and compelling value propositions
• Create solution packaging and offer bundling for simple, intuitive propositions
• Develop sales enablement materials - pitch decks, one-pagers and offer guides ideally digital tools - that help sellers and customers quickly grasp the offer
• Support competence development of sales teams with product knowledge and customer-facing narratives
Your Profile
We are looking for a commercially driven and structured profile with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value. You collaborate effectively across functions and align stakeholders to drive initiatives with clear business outcomes. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years' experience in commercial product management, product marketing, or B2B channel roles
• Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear customer and reseller value
• Strong understanding of indirect and reseller sales models for complex B2B products
• Track record of building commercial offer packages, go-to-market materials, and sales narratives
• Experience using AI tools as part of daily work is considered an advantage
• Background from start-up or scale-up environments is considered an advantage
