Job Description:

Indian curry chef- an Indian curry chef specializes in preparing wide variety of traditional indian curry ,ensuring authentic flavours, consistency, high quality, preparation

Indian tandoori chef- a tandoori chef is responsible for preparing and cooking traditional dishes using a tandoori(clay oven), delivering authentic smoky flavour and perfectly cooked meats and nan breads

-Preparation of authentic Indian dishes of high quality

-Contribute to the daily operations of the kitchen

-Ensure excellent quality, taste, and presentation

-Follow routines and standards for hygiene, health, and food safety

-Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver great dining experiences

-Assist with lunch buffet, à la carte service, and larger events such as Christmas parties

Qualifications

-Experience as a chef (formal culinary certification is an advantage, but not required)

-Experience with Indian cuisine is preferred, but not essential

-Strong interest in flavors, ingredients, and food traditions

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

-Structured, reliable, and quality-conscious
