The Role Run prep to plating across lunch & dinner with pace and precision

Keep a sharp station: mise, cleanliness, waste control

Contribute ideas to tastings and pre-opening menu builds

You Quality-obsessed, calm under pressure, guest-focused

Solid pro-kitchen experience (Italian a plus; curiosity a must)
