Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate 'Chef de partie' to join our talented kitchen team at TAK. As 'Chef the partie you will be the face of our kitchen, delivering exceptional service while showcasing a deep knowledge of cooking skills and food preparations. You will play an essential role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
Who We Are Looking For
- Craft exceptional food: Create and plate high-quality dishes and menus, showing TAK's gastronomy.
- Expertise in cooking: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of different produce and flavors. Experience in different cooking methods.
- Deliver outstanding Service: Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain standards: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in all kitchen operations, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Ownership , accountability , proactivity and pride are the core pillars and the defining values that we are looking for.
Requirements
We are looking for a chef who brings passion, creativity, and professionalism to every shift and meals you create. Candidates must meet the following criteria: - Proven experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end kitchens with a focus on premium service and standards.
- Gastronomy knowledge: Documented deep knowledge in food preparations, kitchen techniques and an eagerness to continuously learn and innovate.
- Attention to detail: Ability to consistently deliver high standards in preparation, service and presentation.
- Exceptional communication skills: Confident, clear, and professional interactions with client and team members.
- Work ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to exceeding expectations.
- Passion for Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
