Enable Change, strengthen The Scania Way and drive sustainable transformation.

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

As part of People & Culture and the Leadership, Culture and People Sustainability organization (HL), the People Sustainability team works cross-functionally to strengthen Scania's employer responsibility in areas such as organisational design, change management, labour relations, social impact and P&C compliance in close collaboration with the global and local P&C organisations as well as TRATON Group functions.

A key ambition is to shift from expert-led Change Management towards an HRBP-enabled model supported by structured tools, coaching and follow-up.
