About the Assignment

You will join a central project control team in a large-scale industrial project environment where planning, coordination, and transparency are critical to successful delivery. In this role, you will own the Integrated Master Schedule and create the structure that helps teams move in the same direction across a complex, multi-disciplinary setup.

You will work close to project control leadership and play a key role in giving the wider delivery organization a clear view of progress, dependencies, risks, and forecasted outcomes. By turning planning data into actionable insight, you help enable better decisions and earlier responses to challenges. Job DescriptionYou will own, develop, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule across all delivery areas.

You will define and drive planning standards, frameworks, and ways of working that create consistency across the project.

You will monitor schedule performance, including progress, variance, and forecast completion, and turn findings into clear recommendations.

You will identify critical paths, major milestones, and schedule risks, and help drive mitigation and recovery actions.

You will lead schedule risk analysis, scenario modelling, and recovery planning to support informed decision-making.

You will integrate schedules across teams and ensure alignment with project-level priorities and dependencies.

You will provide consolidated reporting, dashboards, and planning insights to senior stakeholders.

You will support and guide Area Planning Leads, contributing to alignment, capability development, and a strong planning function.

RequirementsExperience in project planning and scheduling within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects

Strong expertise in Integrated Master Scheduling and planning methodologies

Experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary project environments

Solid understanding of schedule risk analysis and SRA processes

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights

Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and delivery areas

Proven ability to lead planning teams and create alignment across functions

A structured and proactive way of working in a high-paced environment
