About the Role

As Campaign Director - Beauty Focus, you'll lead innovative campaigns for our beauty clients, ensuring flawless execution and impactful results. Working closely with our creatives and coordinators, you'll manage every stage of the campaign, from ideation to completion. Your ability to blend beauty trends with strategic marketing insights will be key in elevating our clients' brand presence and audience engagement.

Your responsibilites:

• Collaborate with Client Directors, Creatives, and Coordinators to deliver standout beauty campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded.
• Research and integrate beauty trends into campaign strategies and briefs.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth and successful execution.
• Craft detailed reports with data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Work closely with influencers who are passionate about beauty, ensuring campaigns reflect brand values and tone.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• You have marketing experience and a genuine passion for the beauty industry - knowledge of beauty trends is a big plus!
• Experience with influencer marketing? Amazing! Otherwise, show us how your background can bring value.
• You're highly organized, balancing multiple projects with ease.
• You're an outstanding communicator, fluent in Swedish and English.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and love collaborating with both clients and teammates.
