We're now looking for a passionate and driven Campaign Coordinator in the beginning of your career, to join us on our journey to becoming the first choice for brands and influencers in Europe!

About the role

As a Campaign Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with our Campaign Directors to bring ideas to life, from concept to completion. You'll coordinate with influencers, ensure every project aligns with client goals and creative briefs, and contribute to campaigns that exceed expectations. With your organizational skills and proactive communication, you'll help every campaign run smoothly and successfully from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist Campaign Directors with reports, and feedback to maintain alignment with client goals, campaign objectives and briefs.
  • Identify, engage, and manage influencers, keeping them informed on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure campaigns meet internal deadlines and proactively addressing any challenges.
  • Gather insights from clients, implementing feedback to continuously improve campaign results.
  • Build strong teamwork with Campaign Directors and the coordinator team, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.

Are you the one we're looking for?

    • It is mandatory that you're either a student or have another primary occupation but can commit around two days a week.
    • You're an influencer marketing enthusiast, active on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.
    • Highly organized, you thrive on efficiency and structure.
    • You're driven by results, working hard to achieve goals and ensure client and influencer satisfaction.
    • Fluent in both Swedish and English, you're a strong communicator.
    • Experience in influencer marketing with a brand or agency? Even better.
