WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Business Process Manager, your main contribution will be to optimize and harmonize end-to-end operational processes to strengthen efficiency, collaboration and delivery performance. You will report to the Head of Business Process & Analysis. You will play a vital role in driving process excellence, enabling smooth seasonal execution and securing data-driven decision-making by:
- Review and optimise processes across order management, in-season replenishment and material pre-booking, identifying timing, MOQ and risk improvements
- Define clear standards, roles and decision structures to strengthen cross-functional alignment
- Coordinate the in-season replenishment flow, providing insights to production and managing order placement in D365
- Maintain cross-departmental calendars with key milestones, dependencies and decision points
- Lead strategic initiatives, including supplier partnership reviews and sustainability projects aligned with the climate roadmap
- Implement new processes and secure smooth integration, documentation and training
- Prepare and facilitate stakeholder meetings with clear actions and follow-up
- Develop process maps, documentation and presentations that drive alignment and adoption

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Academic degree in business, textiles or a related field
- 5-7 years' experience in process management, operations, production or planning within the fashion industry
- Confident communicator comfortable collaborating across diverse teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time-management and organisational abilities
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
