Do you want to develop within business controlling by working closely with the business? We are now looking for a curious and analytical Business Area Controlling Analyst to join our office in Solna!

This role is a great fit for someone who wants to build a solid foundation in Business Controlling and is motivated by the opportunity to grow in a dynamic industry.

In this role, you will be an important part of our Business Area Controlling team in Europe. Focusing on operational reporting processes whilst also having exposure to business topics within our international business organization. You will have a unique opportunity to build a deep understanding of what drives financial performance while developing models, processes and analyses that strengthen our business areas in their decision-making.

As a Junior Business Area Controller, you will:
  • Support the month-end closing process through analysis, data collection and documentation (including KPI follow-up and result analysis).
  • Ensure high-quality reporting in line with our processes, guidelines and policies.
  • Work with SG&A cost follow-up and prepare fixed-cost reporting.
  • Support business and finance functions with analyses, models and forecasts - particularly within SG&A fixed cost forecasting.
  • Contribute to the development of analytical tools, models and digitalization initiatives.
  • Handle ongoing business follow-up, external reporting requirements (e.g., CEPI, SCB) and ad-hoc assignments.

You will be reporting to Senior Manager Business Area Controlling. The role is located in Solna, Sweden.

Qualifications
We do not expect you to come with a "big backpack" of experience, but there are a few areas we believe you should bring with you:
  • A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in controlling, analysis, or reporting is positive but not required.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data warehouses is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
