Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a client in the retail sector

What You Will Work On

Capture business needs through workshops, meetings, and stakeholder dialogue

Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications

Support development, testing, and implementation of solutions

Drive backlog management within the application area

Contribute to development of new simulation functionality replacing legacy systems

Ensure high-quality requirement management and solution delivery

Participate in estimation (time & cost)

Support incident and problem management

Proactively improve system efficiency and governance

What You Bring

Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments

Strong ability to gather, analyze, and structure business requirements

Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements

Experience working closely with Product Owners, architects, and development teams

Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and process dependencies

Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Ability to work independently and drive complex initiatives
