Business Analyst RCGH Consulting (Retail, Consumer Goods & Hospitality)

Cognizant's RCGH Consulting unit is seeking talented consultants with extensive domain experience coupled with consultative experience of executing large scale business change and IT solutions in the RCGH industries. The role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high energy and entrepreneurial team working with leading brands in EMEA region.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Performed Senior Business Analyst role on complex Business & Technology Transformation Programmes, with RCGH clients; assisting them achieve their business, technology, strategic and operational goals
• Good understanding and expertise in one or more areas: e-commerce, digital marketing, OMS, WMS, POS, Stores and Merchandising
• Previous experience of working in a similar capacity in other Consultancy or RCGH Industries
• An appreciation for both business and technical requirements and the ability to bridge the gap between the two
• Full project life-cycle experience Business Analysis - with demonstrable knowledge of different project life cycles: waterfall, agile
• Experience of managing a small to medium sized teams to execute mid-size program of work or of leading work streams within a larger program of work
• Ability to develop creative strategic solutions to solve our clients' business problems, and create accompanying execution roadmaps to implement the changes
• Has worked in a global delivery environment and with distributed teams

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues as well as on your own
• Excellent communicator able to deliver a concise message either verbally, or in writing to senior internal and external stakeholders
• Creative thinker, able to quickly analyse problems and identify appropriate solutions
• Open-minded and pragmatic, with ability to guide teams to build customized tools/ templates for the engagements
• Flexible and enthusiastic about gaining new experiences across different clients and adapting to different, challenging environments

Contribution to Development of Practice:

• Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development
• Develop focused industry 'points of view' or 'white papers'
• Coach and Mentor members of the team
