On behalf of Cellcolabs, PharmaRelations is recruiting a highly strategic and experienced Program Lead (full-time position). This senior leadership role will take full ownership of Cellcolabs' bioreactor scale-up and facility build-out program (BRX) - one of the company's most critical and transformative initiatives. The Program Lead will hold end-to-end responsibility for driving execution, bringing together cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery from concept to implementation. Success in this role requires outstanding project leadership skills, deep technical and operational knowledge of biotech manufacturing, proven experience with bioreactor systems, and the ability to manage complex programs in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

Location:Cellcolab's facilities in Solna.

Your New Job

As BRX Program Lead, you will own the delivery of the full BRX project portfolio, covering all phases from design to implementation. You will provide strategic oversight across multiple concurrent projects, each led by its own project manager, and lead the planning and execution of both the development laboratory and the GMP production facility. Your role will focus on coordinating at the program level-bridging priorities, timelines, and resources across internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of Cellcolabs' industrialization strategy.

This full-time permanent position reports to the CPO and is based in the office in Stockholm, Sweden, and includes international travelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full program ownership of the BRX program, including strategic coordination of projects for process development, potency assay development, facility construction (lab and production) and technology transfer.
  • Build and lead multidisciplinary teams of project managers and SMEs across process, QA, QC, regulatory, and facility design.
  • Align cross-functional deliverables to internal timelines, GMP compliance, and regulatory milestones.
  • Manage budgets, risk, resources, and internal/external stakeholder communication.
  • Secure structured reporting to management, grant providers, and project steering groups.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management in biotech, pharmaceutical, or advanced therapy settings.
  • Proven leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder build-out and scale-up projects, including GMP facility construction.
  • Deep understanding of biotech/ATMP production processes, bioreactors (operational, process etc), GMP compliance, and technology transfer in regulated environments.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional teams, including external partners and consultants.
  • Leadership experience is highly valued.
  • Strong business judgment, communication skills, and ability to operate strategically and tactically.
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is an advantage.
