Klättermusen is looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator

The Role:

As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you play a key role in executing Klättermusen's brand marketing campaigns and communication activities.

In this role, you will coordinate integrated marketing initiatives while owning and managing Klättermusen's collaborations with external content creators and KOLs. You will be part of the Brand Marketing team and work closely with the PR Manager, Social Media Manager, and Brand Marketing Lead to ensure campaigns, creator partnerships, and content initiatives are aligned with seasonal priorities and executed effectively with a strong focus on quality and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and rollout of Klättermusen's seasonal brand marketing campaigns across channels in collaboration with the Integrated Marketing team.

Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and cross-functional alignment across social media, PR, retail, digital, and creative teams

Own and manage Klättermusen's collaborations with external content creators, influencers, and KOLs, including outreach, relationship management, briefing, contracts, timelines, and analysis

Identify and onboard relevant creators and partners aligned with Klättermusen's brand, values, and "Expert Adventurer" audience

Support the planning and execution of local events connected to campaigns and creator collaborations

Coordinate and deliver marketing assets for media partnerships, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities and brand guidelines

Support PR activities, including responding to media requests, sending products to press, and coordinating press materials in line with campaigns and brand guidelines

Maintain clear structure, documentation, and processes related to creator collaborations, partnerships, and marketing initiatives

Holsitic marketing campaigns, synchronized across channels, and supporting seasonal priorities

Strong and relevant creator collaborations that enhance brand storytelling and reach the right audience

Smooth end-to-end coordination of creator partnerships, from outreach and briefing to delivery

High-quality and on-brand marketing assets delivered to internal teams, partners, and media channels

Clear structure and organization across campaigns, timelines, and creator activities

Effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between PR, social media, retail, and marketing teams

Support in delivering impactful events and activations connected to campaigns and creator initiatives

Measurable contributions to campaign performance and overall brand visibility

The Essentials:

2+ years' experience in brand marketing, comms and creator marketing

A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

A genuine connection to the outdoors and/or progressive mountain culture

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience

The position is based in Stockholm and starts as soon as possible.
