We're building a new and exciting social gaming platform for one of our customers - a project that combines creativity, technology, and entertainment at the highest level.

We're now looking for a skilled and motivated developer to join our team.

As a developer with us, you'll be part of an agile, cross-functional team, contributing to every stage of the development process - from concept and design to launch and live operations.

The project is developed in-house at our main office in central Uppsala, Sweden, offering a dynamic environment where your ideas and technical skills will truly make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement backends for highly interactive, scalable web apps and prototypes

Build and modify high-performance APIs and programs using Java and Spring

Prepare functional specifications and test data

Collaborate with external and internal teams to test, troubleshoot performance and functional issues

Work with DevOps engineers to integrate new code into existing continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery/deployment (CD) pipelines

Deliver industry-leading results on time with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a developer or similar role

Proven experience with Java and Spring

Proven understanding of distributed systems

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration tools

Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Familiarity with security best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures

Familiarity of consensus algorithms

Exposure to Agile and DevSecOps practices
