Assignment Description

We are looking for a System Engineer

What You Will Work On

Develop, maintain, and improve governing documents, guidelines, and process descriptions for the EE platform

Ensure documentation is structured, version-controlled, consistent, and aligned with internal standards and regulatory requirements

Translate technical requirements, architecture, and workflows into clear and usable documentation

Manage the full documentation lifecycle (creation, review, updates, compliance, and continuous improvement)

Collaborate with R&D teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners

Support harmonization of processes and documentation across domains

Ensure traceability, quality, and consistency in all technical documentation

What You Bring

Experience working with documentation governance, requirements documentation, or process frameworks in complex technical environments

Background from large organizations with structured development processes and defined ways of working

Good understanding of embedded systems, automotive electronics, or software-centric systems

Strong ability to structure, review, and ensure quality in technical documentation

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

Ability to understand complex systems and ensure clarity and traceability in documentation
