We're looking for an AI CoE Service and Communication Manager to join us at Telia.I'm Henrik Hofling, Technology AI Center of Excellence Lead, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on ensuring our people are informed, excited, and equipped to adopt AI.
What you'll do:
You will own the AI CoE service experience, combining service design, communication, and hands-on execution to drive AI adoption across the organization.
- Own and evolve the AI CoE service catalogue, packaging AI platforms and tools into clear, user-friendly offerings.
- Design and execute communication and adoption plans, acting as the primary storyteller to showcase AI success and value.
- Coordinate AI learning initiatives, workshops, and hands-on sessions to build readiness across diverse roles and domains.
- Monitor adoption metrics and capture stakeholder feedback to continuously refine services and communication efforts.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are an energetic, hands-on communicator with a natural curiosity for technology who bridges the gap between complex AI capabilities and user adoption.
- Proven experience in translating complex technical realities into clear value propositions and driving communication or adoption plans.
- Strong knowledge of how AI solutions are built, operated, and integrated into a broader enterprise technology stack.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with technical teams (developers, architects) while fiercely representing user needs and driving practical execution.
- Strong alignment with Telia Way competencies, specifically customer focus, agile learning, resourcefulness, and collaboration.
