Agile Product Owner (APO) - Software and system development

Location: Multiple locations possible. The location can be: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania or Sweden

The Epic Owner is responsible for coordinating Epics through the Kanban system, collaboratively defines the epic, and when approved, facilitates implementation. Epic owner can operate on two different levels: Portfolio or VDE level.
• Guides Epics through the Epic Kanban from idea to implementation
• Responsible for compliance in accordance with Bank Regulatory Framework and relevant Bank agile development process
• Responsible for all Epic governance documentation
• Accountable for a defined and validated epic value statement, from a viable, feasible and desirable perspective
• Alignment and synchronization across relevant portfolios and VDEs
• Support prioritization work done within VDEs and teams with relevant information
• Coordination and escalation of Epic related impediments
• Act as the sales representative for the Epic
• Understand and report on the progress of the epic with relevant stakeholders.
