Role Summary

As Product Owner for three global ordering and delivery applications, you will play a key role in shaping digital tools used throughout Scania's sales and delivery process. You work in a multicultural environment, collaborating closely with colleagues across markets and functions, and supporting users who rely on these applications in their daily work.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to solutions that improve order accuracy, delivery planning and customer satisfaction.
You will help ensure that our digital tools support efficient, reliable and user-friendly processes from order entry to delivery.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and prioritise development for three core applications used in the global order and delivery flow.
  • Collaborate with concept developers, implementation specialists and development teams to secure aligned priorities and value-driven deliveries.
  • Gather, structure and translate business requirements into a clear and transparent product backlog.
  • Ensure that solutions support complete end-to-end processes and align with related systems and teams.
  • Balance user needs with long-term architecture and standardised ways of working.
  • Support planning, coordination and continuous improvement across the teams involved in the order-to-delivery process.
  • Work closely with development teams to secure stable releases and long-term quality.
  • Manage dependencies across applications and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders.

Who You Are

We believe you are a structured and communicative Product Owner who enjoys working in an international setting.

You bring:

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in an agile environment.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to align diverse perspectives.
  • The ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and priorities.
  • Understanding of how digital tools support full end-to-end business processes.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • A degree in Business, IT or Engineering - or equivalent experience - is also expected.
