Assignment Description

We are looking for an ADAS Project Coordinator

What You Will Work On

Lead or co-lead ADAS vehicle projects together with Chinese counterparts

Plan and coordinate ADAS activities for EU vehicle programs

Follow up project deliveries and report to EU and China vehicle projects

Manage project timing, milestones, risks, and budget

Coordinate validation and testing activities

Manage test vehicles and vehicle usage planning

Source, manage, and coordinate external test partners

Handle issues, deviations, and corrective actions

Ensure deliveries meet European market and regulatory expectations

Collaborate closely with validation, engineering, and program teams

What You Bring

5-7+ years of experience in automotive development

3-5+ years of experience working with ADAS projects

Strong project management and coordination skills

Swedish driver's license (mandatory)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Experience working with SystemWeaver

Experience using JIRA for project tracking and issue management

Ability to work with international teams, including China-based stakeholders

Willingness to travel as part of the assignment

Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset

Supportive team player with strong ownership and initiative
