Compensation: kr30,000 - kr35,000 / month

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for processing new customers in your sales territory.
  • Localization and development of new customer potential
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals and drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our customers as well as professional advice and support on site
  • Creation and calculation of offers
  • Conducting contract negotiations and price discussions with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Ensure all communications (phone, Teams, email, Salesforce) with colleagues are accurate, structured, and complete.
  • Submit orders and manage opportunities in Salesforce, storing all relevant details, documents, and customer requests.
  • Proactively create and follow up on opportunities as soon as customer needs are identified, avoiding any backlogs.
  • Coordinate with Operations/Customer Service for complex orders to ensure smooth processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive records in Salesforce, including account details, contact information, and meeting notes.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Ambitious and hard-working, with a positive sales attitude
  • Accustomed to working towards a budget and goals and achieving these goals!
  • Not afraid to make cold calls to potential customers
  • Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
  • Swedish driving license
  • Experience in the Construction/Rental or Security industry with an already established network is an asset
